Schedule:
5 days/week (typically 7 AM-3 PM or 8 AM-4 PM), 8 clinical hours guaranteed daily, with no call, no nights, no weekends, and no holidays. - Broad, Engaging Caseload:
Deliver independent anesthesia for urology, orthopedics, podiatry, pediatric dental rehabilitation, oral/maxillofacial surgery, plastics/cosmetics, ENT, and pain procedures in state-of-the-art ASCs. - Career Growth Pathway:

Practice with full autonomy alongside a stable, tenured core of surgeons and staff; group covers all overhead, billing, and credentialing.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert anesthesia care (general, MAC, regional) optimized for same-day discharge and rapid turnover.
- Perform comprehensive pre-op evaluations, real-time intra-operative management, and attentive PACU oversight with digital EMR documentation.
- Partner with surgical teams to streamline OR flow while upholding rigorous safety and quality benchmarks.
- Commit to 5 consistent weekdays, with flexibility to swap shifts within the group as needed.
- MD or DO from an ACGME-accredited residency; fellowship training welcomed but not required.
- Board Certified in Anesthesiology (active certification mandatory).
- Active, unrestricted Georgia medical license (assistance provided for relocation/licensure).
- Minimum 2 years of outpatient anesthesia experience; pediatric proficiency required.
- Current DEA, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
