Physician Job Description - Atlanta, GA

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician to join our team in Atlanta, GA. In this essential role, the Physician will provide high-quality medical care to our patients, ensuring their health and well-being is prioritized in a supportive and innovative environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough patient examinations and medical history reviews.
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses and injuries.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Prescribe medications and monitor patient responses to treatments.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in multidisciplinary team settings.
  • Provide health education and counseling to patients and their families.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using electronic health record systems.
  • Stay current with medical research and advances in healthcare practices through continuous education.
  • Participate in community outreach programs and health screenings.
  • Adhere to healthcare regulations and ensure the highest standards of care.
  • Assist in training and mentoring medical students and residents.
  • Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care processes.
Qualifications
  • Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
  • Completion of residency in a relevant specialty.
  • Board certification in the respective field of practice.
  • Valid medical license to practice in the state of Georgia.
  • Strong clinical skills with demonstrated experience in diagnosing and managing patient care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong patient relationships.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
