OB/GYN - Maternal Fetal Medicine position at Morehouse School of Medicine

The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology is actively recruiting a full‑time faculty member in Maternal Fetal Medicine to support clinical care, education, and research at our safety‑net hospital and partner sites.

• Improve the health and wellbeing of individuals and communities.
• Increase the diversity of the health professional and scientific workforce.
• Address primary health care through programs in education, research and service, with emphasis on people of color and the under‑served urban and rural populations in Georgia, the nation and the world.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Maternal Fetal Medicine.
• Medical License in the State of Georgia (preferred).

• Demonstrated excellence in graduate and undergraduate medical education.
• Strong clinical experience in high‑risk obstetrics and gynecologic care, including ultrasound, birth‑defect evaluation, genetic testing, and fetal surgery.

• Provide inpatient services at Grady Hospital and other partner facilities, with time allocated based on departmental needs.
• Deliver outpatient care, including obstetrics and gynecologic services focused on medical and surgical management of high‑risk pregnancies.
• Participate in on‑call duties as assigned.
• Maintain hospital privileges at all partnering institutions.
• Engage in clinical and basic science research collaborations, enhancing departmental research productivity.
