Part-time Inpatient General Psychiatrist; Adult​/Adolescent in Atlanta, GA

Anchor Hospital, a renowned healthcare provider in Atlanta, Georgia, is currently seeking a part-time-employed dedicated Adolescent and Adult Psychiatrist to enhance our Inpatient Services team.

Founded in 1986, our 122-bed campus is a Joint Commission-accredited facility, focusing on the treatment of behavioral health and addictive disease disorders across a broad spectrum of age groups, including children, teens, adults, and the elderly.

• Varied Clinical Duties: Your role will encompass admission evaluations and assessments, managing treatment teams, overseeing discharge processes, and performing related administrative tasks.
• Ideal Location: Our hospital is conveniently located in Atlanta, providing easy access to the city's dynamic downtown, fashionable residential areas, and the iconic Mercedes-Benz Stadium. On-site only
• Manageable Workload: Experience a reasonable caseload with a shared call schedule.
• Monday-Friday schedule - at leat 20 hours a week

Qualifications Required:

• Certification: Candidates must be Board Eligible or Board Certified in General Psychiatry
• Licensure: A Georgia medical license is required, or candidates should be eligible to acquire one.
• Patient Age Range: Applicants must be comfortable treating individuals aged 12 and older.
