Primary Care Physician – Camp Creek Health Center
Job Summary: Grady Health System is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician to provide high-quality medical care to our diverse patient population. This role involves diagnosing and treating illnesses, managing patient health, and ensuring optimal patient outcomes within a dynamic hospital environment.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain accurate patient records in EMR
- Diagnose and treat common medical conditions and chronic illnesses
- Coordinate care plans with specialists and other team members
- Provide preventive health counseling and health promotion
- Maintain up-to-date medical knowledge and comply with standard of care
- Ensure patient safety and quality of care through documentation and team collaboration
Qualifications:
- Doctorate of Medicine (MD or DO) required
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Primary Care residency program
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Primary Care Physician preferred
- Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Georgia
- Board eligible or board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Must obtain board certification within one year of employment
