The Department of Physical Sciences is passionate about opening the minds of students to the discoveries, exploration and dramatic potential of the world of science. Faculty of the Physical Sciences Department, many of whom have won awards for teaching excellence, work closely with students to enhance learning and help students achieve a strong foundation for further study in high-demand fields ranging from health care and medicine to engineering and computer science.

Part-time instructors in CHEMISTRY who will play a key role in educating and supporting students.
QualificationsRequired
Education:
A minimum of a master's degree with 18 graduate semester hours (or 27 quarter hours) in the teaching discipline.
Preferred Qualifications:
Teaching experience preferred.
- Ability to teach CHEMISTRY courses on the collegiate level
- Ability to teach effectively using a variety of methods
- Ability to relate to a diverse student population and facilitate student learning
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of instructional technology

Work HoursClasses at Perimeter College are offered morning, afternoon and evening including weekends.
Salary$3825.00 for each 3-semester credit hour course taught.
