Join the TSP
Training Content Developer role and help design engaging, effective learning experiences for our customer’s healthcare workforce management software. You’ll collaborate with subject‑matter experts, instructional designers, and cross‑functional teams to produce high‑impact eLearning, video content, simulations, and live training materials that drive adoption and satisfaction.
- Develop high‑quality training materials, including eLearning modules, video tutorials, interactive simulations, and scenario‑based learning using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Camtasia, and Adobe Captivate.
- Partner with Senior Instructional Designers to translate training objectives into engaging, instructionally sound materials.
- Design and maintain customer‑facing training content and certification materials.
- Build immersive learning assets for live virtual training sessions.
- Administer the Customer Education Learning Management System and support enrollments, reporting, content updates, and deployment.
- Work cross‑functionally with Subject Matter Experts to ensure training accuracy and alignment with product features and functionality.
- Continuously refine training assets based on learner feedback, performance data, and customer insights.
- Occasionally facilitate virtual sessions to model best practices and gather real‑world input from users.
- 3+ years of experience in training content development, instructional design, or eLearning development (SaaS or healthcare preferred).
- Proficiency with Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Snag It, and similar tools.
- Experience with LMS administration and SCORM standards.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder collaboration, and project management skills.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, iterative environment.
