Job Description & How to Apply Below

About Us: We are a dynamic digital agency specializing in building brand identities, UX/UI design, and web development. Our mission is to help businesses grow and thrive in the digital space by providing top-notch design and development services.

Job Description: Visual Soldiers is looking for a motivated and proactive Junior Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll support our project leads and help drive digital projects — from brand identity and web builds to multi-channel design campaigns — to successful delivery. You’ll play a critical role in helping ensure that projects stay on track, communication flows smoothly, and client expectations are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior project managers in planning and coordinating project timelines and scopes.
  • Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and help manage deadlines and resources.
  • Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings according to project timelines.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation (plans, schedules, status reports, meeting notes).
  • Facilitate communication among internal team members — designers, developers, strategists — and help keep clients or stakeholders updated via multiple communication channels.
  • Synthesize client feedback, keeping an eye to project goals and design principles.
  • Help identify project risks or roadblocks and elevate or flag issues when needed.
  • Support quality control and ensure deliverables meet defined scope and standards
  • Assist office admin team with various tasks.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 0–2 years experience in project coordination, project management, client services, or a related role.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to make decisive decisions and manage multiple moving parts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you’ll be connecting with clients, internal teams, and external collaborators.
  • Comfort using project-related tools (scheduling/tracking software, spreadsheets, status reporting). Experience with tools like Asana, Trello, or similar is a plus.
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma is preferred.
  • A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to step in wherever needed — from administrative coordination to helping keep projects moving smoothly.
  • Ability to become an expert on any client, project, or deliverable and effectively steer and manage the project.
  • Preferred: background or interest in the creative industry or agency experience.

What We Offer:

  • Opportunities for professional growth and mentorship within a growing agency
  • A collaborative, creative, and supportive work environment
  • Flexible/Hybrid office work options & generous PTO
