Our lead teachers coordinate daily operations of assigned classes, plan and present educational and recreational activities in a safe environment, and collaborate directly with children and parents to deliver quality customer service.

• Feel a sense of accomplishment through children’s participation and laughter in planned activities.
• Observe children’s interests and develop creative curriculum with fellow teachers.
• Communicate daily with parents via mobile apps and personal discussions.
• Engage with childcare professionals and continue professional growth.

• Associate or Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred).
• Certified Child Development Associate (CDA) (preferred).
• 1–2 years of relevant experience (preferred).
• Completed state-required pre‑service training.
• Strong relationships and communication skills with children, parents, and faculty.
• Ability to calmly address stressful situations while multitasking for smooth operations.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs (or 25–35 lbs for infants and toddlers teachers must lift infants properly).
• Meets background‑check eligibility.
