Our lead teachers coordinate daily operations of assigned classes, plan and present educational and recreational activities in a safe environment, and collaborate directly with children and parents to deliver quality customer service.

- Observe children’s interests and develop creative curriculum with fellow teachers.
- Communicate daily with parents via mobile apps and personal discussions.
- Engage with childcare professionals and continue professional growth.
- Associate or Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred).
- Certified Child Development Associate (CDA) (preferred).
- 1–2 years of relevant experience (preferred).
- Completed state-required pre‑service training.
- Strong relationships and communication skills with children, parents, and faculty.
- Ability to calmly address stressful situations while multitasking for smooth operations.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs (or 25–35 lbs for infants and toddlers teachers must lift infants properly).
- Meets background‑check eligibility.
