Overview
GESRI is launching a free research + college access program for underrepresented high school students globally. We’re looking for a mission-driven leader to build and run our pilot program from the ground up.
Responsibilities- Design and lead a 12-week virtual research mentorship program
- Oversee pilot execution, scholar progress, and program outcomes
- Build partnerships and shape long-term scaling strategy
- Cares deeply about educational equity & first-gen/FGLI students
- Has experience in project/program leadership or research mentorship
- Is organized, proactive, and excited to build something from scratch
