• Develop and train a team of Guides to deliver the Alpha learning system.
• Author Guide Playbooks outlining facilitation best practices and learning design.
• Deliver consistent, practical feedback to Guides to enhance student engagement and outcomes.
• Coach small groups of students to demonstrate advanced mentoring and motivational techniques.

• Creating lesson plans—your Guides handle student learning via adaptive applications.
• Compromising standards; uphold a 100% mastery benchmark.
• Conducting dull training sessions—lead dynamic, interactive professional development.

• Develop and train a team of Guides to execute the Alpha system at world‑class levels.

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in education, learning & development, coaching, or comparable field.
• Track record of creating and executing innovative educational programs, curriculum frameworks, or training systems.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills, proven to build, manage, and inspire high‑performing teams.
• Experience engaging with youth (ages 5‑18) in educational or developmental settings.
• Competence in data analysis and leveraging performance metrics for continuous improvement.
• Authorized to work in the United States without needing visa sponsorship.
• Will work on‑site in one of the listed locations.

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week) contractor position with Crossover as Contractor of Record. The compensation is $75/hr, equivalent to $150,000 per year. Pay is weekly.
