Job Summary
The Organizational Behavior area in the Scheller College of Business at the Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech) in Atlanta, Georgia invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position, starting in fall 2026. Applications will be considered at all ranks. The primary duties will be to conduct research, teach at the undergraduate and graduate levels, and provide service to the College, the Institute, and the profession.

The Assistant Professor is a tenure-track faculty member who perform a combination of teaching, research, and service. Assistant Professors hold a terminal degree.
Responsibilities
The primary duties will be to teach at the undergraduate and graduate levels, conduct research, and provide service to the College, the Institute, and the profession.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should possess demonstrated potential for excellent scholarly research. Candidates should be sufficiently advanced in their doctoral work and will need to complete their Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior or an associated area prior to start date.
