As an assistant director of admission, you will travel extensively to strategically identified areas to represent SCAD to prospective students and foster ongoing professional and institutional relationships. This includes participation in school-specific initiatives, information sessions, college fairs, conferences, and other recruitment events. You will follow-up with prospective students via phone or email to discuss their interests and inquiries into university opportunities and keep accurate recruitment records.
In this role, you will conduct scheduled one-on-one appointments with prospective students and meet with students visiting the Atlanta location. Among other duties, you will strive to increase positive awareness of SCAD as well as support and facilitate a successful college search process for prospective students.
Minimum qualifications- Bachelor's degree
- Experience presenting to diverse audiences
- Ability to travel extensively and work flexible hours
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and presentation skills
- English and Mandarin fluency
- Valid driver’s license
- Valid passport

Work hoursThe university work week is Sunday through Saturday. Most offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. To accommodate business needs, employees may be assigned to other workdays and/or hours, including weekends and evenings.
