Nashville, TN;
Park City (Salt Lake City), UT; or Spotswood, NJ. - Employment: Full‑time (40 hours per week), long-term position; requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as Contractor of Record.

- Additional Compensation: Weekly pay; relocation assistance provided.
- Develop and train a team of Guides to execute Alpha’s learning system with exceptional quality.
- Build Guide Playbooks outlining best practices for facilitation, designing engaging learning experiences, and addressing obstacles.
- Deliver consistent, actionable feedback to Guides that enhances student engagement and outcomes.
- Mentor a small group of students, demonstrating expert coaching and motivational techniques.
- Creating lesson plans – Guides support student learning through adaptive applications; you concentrate on training them to facilitate with excellence.
- Compromising standards – when our passing threshold is 100%, you are responsible for upholding that expectation.
- Conducting dull training sessions – you will develop Guides through dynamic, energetic, experiential learning.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or related disciplines.
- Proven track record of developing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives.
- Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities with demonstrated ability to build, manage, and motivate high‑performing teams.
- Experience working directly with youth (ages 5‑18) in educational or developmental settings.
- Competence in data analysis and leveraging metrics to inform decision‑making and drive continuous improvement.
- Ability to work on‑site in one of the listed locations.
- Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
