Base pay range: $60.00/hr - $60.00/hr.

Location:

On‑site role in San Francisco, Miami, or Santa Barbara. Relocation assistance available if needed.

• Engage directly with students each day to inspire and mentor—no traditional lectures, only high‑impact peer‑style coaching.
• Leverage adaptive technology and AI‑driven platforms to support individualized learning progression.
• Facilitate small‑group sessions that emphasize leadership development, practical life skills, and strategies for real‑world achievement.
• Partner with students to identify their unique strengths and broaden their aspirations via tailored growth roadmaps.
• Provide feedback, data, and innovative ideas to continuously refine Alpha's educational approach.

• Bachelor's degree from any discipline.
• Proven history of exceptional achievement (examples include top academic distinctions, D1/Olympic‑level athletics, national‑level competitions, etc.).
• 3 years of hands‑on experience working with K–8 students in mentoring, coaching, or teaching roles.
• Excellent verbal communication and public speaking abilities.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. with no visa sponsorship required.
• Ability to work on‑site in Miami, FL;
  Santa Barbara, CA; or San Francisco, CA.

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week) long‑term position, immediately available. The role requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $60 USD/hour, which equates to $120,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
