RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO)
- Champion and model the culture and values of Victory Church, fostering a culture of unity, excellence, spiritual maturity, and servant leadership.
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight for Youth Ministry, partnering with Campus and Central Leadership to set vision, goals, rhythms, and strategies that support healthy growth and alignment.
- Develop systems, structures, and leadership pathways that support sustainable growth, strong discipleship, and effective ministry execution.
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with students, parents, teachers, coaches, school leaders, and community partners to provide care, strengthen connections, and expand the ministry’s local impact.
- Disciple and develop students, helping them grow spiritually, discover their gifts, and step into leadership.
- Build, develop, and multiply a strong volunteer leadership pipeline, including Coaches, Leaders, VMLs, and emerging student leaders.
- Coach, support, and empower volunteers and leaders through training, encouragement, accountability, and ongoing development.
- Create opportunities to reach and engage students beyond the church through outreach, school connections, community relationships, and invitational ministry.
- Provide pastoral care and support to students, families, and volunteers while maintaining a healthy, safe, and welcoming ministry environment.
- Own the operational health of Youth Ministry, including planning, calendars, communication, metrics, reporting, and volunteer engagement.
- Collaborate with Central teams and other campus ministries to maintain alignment, consistency, and shared mission.
PASTORAL RESPONSIBILITIES (Campus pastor will determine which duties apply to this specific position)
- All pastors must complete the Victory Pastoral Development process (required for all Pastors).
- Be trained to serve as “Pastor on Duty” in a rotation with other pastors.
- Participate in rotating schedule for weddings, funerals and other events as requested.
- Lead or attend a Small Group.

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in ministry, leadership or education preferred.
- 3+ years full-time ministry experience
- 3+ years in a leadership role in a related environment
- Experience with public speaking/teaching
Flexible schedule (available evenings and weekends)
COMPUTER / SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge of Mac & Microsoft 365 applications
Additional InformationPURPOSE
Provides pastoral guidance and leadership to the Youth Ministry in daily operations, weekly services, small groups, leadership training, discipleship, and special events. The Youth Associate Director/Pastor will also provide leadership and oversight to the following departments:
Middle School & High School Ministries. Youth Associate Director/Pastor also will be expected to participate in various leadership activities within the assigned campus.
