• Conduct thorough energy audits using BPI methodology.
• Perform comprehensive home inspections.
• Utilize and maintain a thorough understanding of blower door and other equipment used in the auditing process.
• Interact with customers and clearly communicate the work being done in their home.
• Manage projects and jobs from start to finish.
• Conduct post-work home inspections to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire process.

• Experience in residential construction, home inspections, or conducting energy audits
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
• Strong analytical and communication experience
• Project/client management experience
• Ability to work with clients
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to work in attics and crawl spaces
• Ability to travel around the greater Atlanta area

• BPI certification
• Experience with BPI audits and BPI training
• Familiarity with project and team management in a field/construction setting
• Experience working in homes and interacting with homeowners
• Construction or related experience
