• Lead the engineering department and provide senior technical and project leadership.
• Oversee project management activities for a diverse portfolio of project types and sectors.
• Mentor and develop team members; communicate with clients and stakeholders; ensure project delivery on schedule and budget.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure integrated MEP design.

• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• BS in Mechanical Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience with at least 4 years of project management.
• Extensive knowledge of mechanical system design, including hydronic systems and controls.
• Strong understanding of building codes and standards.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Hybrid work schedule.
• Proven project management experience with a diverse portfolio of project types and sectors.
