We are looking for a Senior HVAC Engineer and Team Lead in our dynamic and growing Atlanta, GA office (Hybrid role).

Some of your responsibilities include the following:

• Lead the team and the technical development of HVAC systems for large and complex projects in mission critical and commercial sectors

• Effectively develop and manage project designs for high performance building systems for air and hydronic distribution, central heating and cooling plants and building management.
• Formulate design criteria, perform calculations, develop concept designs, specifications and construction documents for high performance building systems.
• Supervise and effectively manage technical development throughout all phases of design assuring tasks are completed in accordance with company standards and good engineering practice.
• Understand Revit to allow leadership and direction for the design teams.
• Attend field visits, develop visit reports, meet with contractors as necessary.
• Collaborate, communicate, and coordinate with clients and other team members.
• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering.
• Professional Engineering license required.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience designing HVAC systems in high performance buildings. Subject Matter Expert in specialized fields highly preferred.
• Experience leading HVAC teams on technically challenging projects, working in dynamic team environments.
• Professional commitment to sustainability is highly preferred, LEED accreditation a bonus.
• Fluency in software for design, documentation, coordination, MS Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook and cloud tools.
