We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer with experience in Government, Healthcare, Education, Data Centers, or Commercial design projects. The successful candidate will lead electrical design projects from inception to completion, collaborating with the project management team.

• Represent Introba at meetings with clients and stakeholders.
• Engage with city, state, and federal officials in association meetings.
• Provide staff performance criteria and support to management.
• Meet regularly with team members to address issues and implement plans.
• Forecast workload and analyze project progress.
• Update project plans in Deltek Financial system.
• Allocate new work based on staff availability.
• Train staff in design processes to ensure operational continuity.
• Motivate and lead the team to maximize productivity and satisfaction.
• Implement quality improvement programs.
• Ensure field review services adhere to contract documents.
• Conduct studies to identify causes and corrective actions for deviations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Architectural Engineering or related field.
• P.E. license required with 12+ years of experience in electrical building systems design or sustainable design.
• Experience in electrical building systems project execution preferred.
• Proficiency in relevant technical software.
• Client-focused with innovative solutions approach.
• High integrity, ethical, and sustainable practices.
• Experience working within diverse and inclusive teams towards technical excellence.
