Field Technician

Join as a Field Technician at Nalco Water, an Ecolab Company. We are looking for a passionate technical professional who enjoys interacting with customers and works autonomously in a hands‑on environment.

As part of our industry‑leading Nalco Water team, you will monitor and maintain air and water quality systems at an automotive manufacturing site, providing problem‑solving support that generates high customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do
  • Perform daily process application quality analysis using water quality testing equipment
  • Provide routine and special application service support to customers
  • Execute required water quality and chemistry tests
  • Review trends, records, and reports to maintain proper procedure and standards
  • Maintain product inventories
  • Provide technical and troubleshooting support to customers
  • Operate wastewater treatment systems and chemical feed stations
  • Operate Reverse Osmosis system
Position Details
  • Location:

    White, GA
  • Shift: 1st and night shift
Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong customer service skills; proven ability to interface positively and professionally with the customer
  • Ability to analyze readings and put data in a spreadsheet in a logical manner
  • Possess above‑average verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to explain results of data gatherings
  • Knowledge in RO
Physical Demands
  • Must be able to physically perform the essential duties of the position which include lifting, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, balancing, walking, standing, talking and hearing
  • Must be able to wear a respirator under certain conditions
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen
Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

$25/hr – Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
