Responsibilities
  • Construct:
    Create detailed cost segregation reports, including preliminary research, reviewing files, and confirming engagement agreements.
  • Site Visit:
    Conduct comprehensive site visits, documenting assets and common areas.
  • Spreadsheet and Word Document Creation:
    Input building assets into spreadsheets, write property descriptions, and generate comprehensive reports.
  • Review Process:
    Collaborate with management staff to ensure the accuracy of reports and communicate effectively with clients.
  • Attend Meetings:
    Participate in regular staff meetings, technical sessions, and training opportunities.
  • Communication:
    Maintain clear and proactive communication with sales teams and clients, addressing any issues promptly.
  • Problem Solving:
    Tackle unique project challenges and ensure a high level of accuracy and detail in your work.
  • Data Gathering:
    Collect data about client properties, perform on‑site reviews, and execute multi‑step assessment processes.
