Réalis is seeking a Cost Manager / Project Controls Manager to support energy/utilities projects located in Atlanta, GA.

• Gather, log, and summarize project data to be used in technical studies or project performance reviews.
• Prepare accruals, project forecasts, and variance explanations.
• Review all change orders in accordance with the client’s approval process.
• Develop payment applications and review and facilitate the approval of project invoices.
• Develop cost profiles.
• Assist with the annual budgeting process.
• Coordinate with vendors and discipline leads to collect progress data.

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of project controls experience with a focus in cost control.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Highly articulate with a clear and analytical approach to problem solving.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Expected compensation range is between $110,000‑140,000 annually depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.
