A rapidly expanding Data Center and Building Automation contractor is seeking a skilled
BAS Controls Specialist (Mid & Senior Level) in Atlanta, GA.This position is well-suited for professionals with strong BAS commissioning, troubleshooting, and integration experience,including hands‑on work with Tridium/Niagara and other automation platforms.

• Commission, troubleshoot, and optimize Tridium/Niagara controllers and sequences of operation.
• Service, diagnose, and support both open and proprietary building automation systems.
• Perform point‑to‑point testing, functional system verification, and device‑level validation.
• Integrate systems using Modbus, TCP/IP, BACnet, and related communication protocols.
• Install DDC controllers, field sensors, relays, actuators, and associated control hardware.
• Assemble, wire, and test low‑voltage control panels and terminations.
• Terminate, label, and organize low‑voltage cabling to company standards.
• Calibrate sensors, actuators, and field devices to ensure accurate performance.
• Document daily commissioning activities, maintain system logs, and complete test records.

• Experience as a BAS Controls Specialist, Technician, Programmer, or Engineer.
• Hands‑on proficiency with Tridium/Niagara; experience with other BAS platforms is also valued.
• Strong background in BAS commissioning, troubleshooting, and system optimization.
• Knowledge of industry‑standard communication protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, and TCP/IP.
• Ability to work both independently and in collaboration with larger project teams.
