• Analyze all aspects of hospital management and operations for potential improvement opportunities.
• Conduct routine operational or financial analysis in the areas of process improvement, productivity standard development, performance monitoring, and resource allocation and scheduling.
• Manage multiple priorities and independently work with general supervision on assigned projects and activities.
• Demonstrate tact and diplomacy in conflict situations and maintain excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Health Systems Engineering, Health Care Administration, Organizational Development, a health‑related profession, or a related field.
• Demonstrated knowledge of computers and microcomputer applications.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

• Previous experience in management engineering, industrial engineering, operations improvement, CQI activities, or health care consulting.
• Working knowledge of microcomputer applications including Access database applications, HRMS, and other financial systems.
• Experience working in a team‑oriented environment.
