Technical Reviewer

Pond, Robinson & Associates (PR&A) was founded in 1998 and has its headquarters in Frisco, TX. PR&A is considered the leader in the industry for equity level property condition assessments and construction consulting services. We have a unique opportunity in our Frisco office for a technical reviewer and are looking for qualified professionals that have a strong desire to help maintain our high standards.

• Review equity level construction monitoring and draw review reports (CMDRs) as well as property condition assessments (PCA’s).

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in reviewing technical engineering and architectural type documents.
• A strong working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is required.
• Ability to effectively manage time and meet deadlines in a collaborative working environment.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Ability to communicate internally effectively, both orally and in writing.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or other similar Architecture / Engineering or Building Construction related degree is preferred.
