  • Drive systems and test planning, ensuring requirements verification, traceability, and customer acceptance.
  • Manage technical execution across multi‑year programs, balancing cost, schedule, performance, and risk.
  • Brief internal leadership and government customers on technical progress, risks, and results at key program milestones.
Required Qualifications

  • Strong background in RF and embedded systems, including system‑level integration and test.
  • Experience applying Model‑Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools and methodologies.
  • Proven experience planning, coordinating, and executing system‑level test events, including laboratory, HWIL, and field testing.
  • Experience developing system and test plans, managing requirements verification and traceability, and producing detailed test reports.
  • Experience developing and managing project schedules and technical execution plans for multi‑year defense programs, balancing cost, schedule, performance, and risk.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing and delivering technical briefings, reports, and customer presentations.
