As a Senior Civil Engineer, you'll lead the design of complex land development and infrastructure projects serving federal government clients. These projects may include site development, stormwater management, environmental permitting, utility infrastructure, and pump station design.
Responsibilities- Provide team leadership and guide junior engineers and designers.
- Collaborate across disciplines and serve as the primary client contact to ensure client satisfaction.
- Lead the design of complex projects and mentor staff.

Requirements- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an ABET‑accredited institution.
- Registered Professional Engineer in Georgia or ability to obtain reciprocity within 3 months of the start date.
- Some travel may be required.
- Eligible to work in the United States and obtain a security clearance.
- 10+ years of Civil Engineering experience, including land development and site design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D required; experience with Micro Station and InRoads preferred.
- Familiarity with federal, state, and local government regulations related to civil design.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of regional stormwater regulations.
