Civil Site Department Manager - Land Development

JSG is searching for a Civil Site Department Manager - Land Development in the Atlanta, GA area. This is a direct hire position with competitive salary with bonus and outstanding benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Land Development projects, team, department
• Increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
• Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events.
• Develop quotes and proposals for clients.
• Develop goals for the land development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
• Train personnel and help team members develop their skills.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years professional civil site engineering experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering required
• Professional Engineering License (PE) required
• Experience managing a department along with project management, site development, hydrology, stormwater management using Civil 3D software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of fundamental engineering principles including but not limited to surveying, geometrics, hydraulics, grading, CM, floodplain management and utility design.
