Réalis is seeking a Project Controls/Cost Manager to join our Atlanta, GA office.

How will you contribute to the team?

* Gathers, logs and summarizes project data to be used in technical studies or project performance reviews.

* Develops monthly project forecasts, cash flows, and variance explanations.

* Develops payment applications.

* Reviews all change orders in accordance with the client's approval process.

* Reviews and facilitates the approval of project invoices.

* Develops cost profiles.

* Assists with the annual budgeting process.

What will you contribute?

* Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of similar experience

* Experience in Power BI preferred.

* Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

* Must be highly articulate and have a clear and analytical approach to problem solving.

* Must have excellent communication and presentation skills.
