- Active CCNA certification
- Local to Atlanta and willing to work fully onsite
- Willing to be on weekend on call and onsite approximately every other month
- Working knowledge of BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, PPP, HDLC, Span‑Tree, Multicast, TCP/IPv4, TCP/IPv6, NetBIOS, DHCP, DNS, HSRP, GLBP, SNMP, LAN/MAN/WAN technologies (T1, Fast Ethernet, GigE, 10 Gb, 40 Gb, Fiber Optics, T3, CSU/DSU, MPLS, Optical Carrier, SONET, ATM, ISDN)
- Working knowledge of Cisco Routers, Switches, Firewalls (FWSM, ASA), F5 Load Balancers, Proxy Servers, Probe Machines, Network Sniffers, Radius, TACACS+, QoS, VPN, Wireless, Cisco Prime
- Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, Visio
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience as a level 2 administrator in a NOC or SOC environment with “break/fix” and issue resolution related to enterprise network connectivity and performance
Skills & Qualifications
Must have an active CCNA certification. Must be local to Atlanta and open to working fully onsite. Must be open to weekend on call and onsite (typically once every other month).
