Current Opportunity:
Construction Project Manager II
Job Summary:
The Construction Project Manager II is responsible for managing mid- to large-scale construction projects, including EV infrastructure deployments, from initial planning through completion. This role involves coordinating with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to company quality and safety standards. The PM II will support project lifecycle planning, monitor progress, manage resources, and provide technical guidance to project teams, with increasing responsibility for project outcomes and client communication compared to an entry-level PM.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Manage multiple mid-level construction projects from inception through Operational Turnover (OTP), ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
* Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets with support from senior PMs.
* Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain timelines and quality standards.
* Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and smooth project execution.
