Join a major international engineering firm as a Technical Lead - Transit, shaping the delivery of complex multimodal corridor programs. The job:- Lead the delivery of multimodal and transit corridor design projects
- Guide corridor designs from concept through final delivery, including plans, specifications, and estimates
- Mentor emerging technical leaders and support multidisciplinary project teams
- Help shape the vision and strategy for transit and urban mobility design services
- Create and maintain consistent design standards, templates, and technical guidance
- Support quality reviews to ensure designs well documented, and delivered to a high standard
- Support major project pursuits through technical input on scopes, proposals, and client presentations
- Approximate compensation range of: $175,000 - $195,000

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- 10+ years of related experience in transit, multimodal corridor design, urban mobility, or similar transportation infrastructure projects
