SPM – Water​/Wastewater

. Based in the Atlanta area, you’ll lead multidisciplinary teams delivering complex utility infrastructure projects. This role offers autonomy, leadership opportunity, and a path to ownership for those ready to grow a water resources practice and shape sustainable communities.

• Lead water/wastewater treatment, pumping systems, and large-diameter conveyance projects from planning through completion
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and resources while identifying cost-saving opportunities
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders across municipalities and agencies
• Provide technical oversight, ensuring compliance with environmental and engineering standards
• Review and approve system layouts, calculations, drawings, and specifications
• Mentor junior engineers, delegate tasks, and guide teams to meet project milestones
• Support business development through proposals, presentations, and client engagement
• Grow the water/wastewater practice locally through strategic planning, marketing, and client outreach
• Operate with integrity and sound business principles while managing projects profitably

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed PE.
• 12+ years of experience focused on water/wastewater engineering.

• Total Compensation: $210,000-$270,000 including a top-tier incentive-based bonus program (20-40%).
