You will analyze plans, perform takeoffs, set up WBS, and develop budgets while collaborating with estimating, engineering, and project teams to support competitive proposals.
The ideal candidate has extensive heavy civil/highway estimating experience, familiarity with design-build and P3 procurement, and the ability to read drawings and price complex
