Job Summary
As an Applications Engineer within our Intralogistics Solutions Group, you will promote Carolina Handling both internally and externally, working closely with Sales and Operations. You are responsible for the development, design, and support of warehouse automation, storage, and material handling solutions that help customers improve operational efficiency, safety, productivity, and return on investment. Applications Engineers collaborate with Sales, Operations, Project Management, vendors, and customers throughout the solution lifecycle, from discovery and concept development through implementation and support.
You may handle straightforward technical requirements independently or seek assistance from internal resources, Raymond, or other vendor partners to discover and develop all necessary technical requirements for each project. As engineers progress through the career path, they are expected to increase their technical expertise, project ownership, customer engagement responsibilities, and leadership influence.
