Senior Plumbing Designer

• Translate architectural drawings into plumbing system designs using modeling software
• Develop layouts, perform load calculations, and select equipment to meet design requirements
• Coordinate closely with engineers, architects, and other disciplines throughout all project phases
• Support site observations, review shop drawings, and assist with clash detection in tools like Navisworks
• Communicate with contractors during bidding and construction to answer design-related questions

• At least 8 years of relevant plumbing design experience, or a 2-year technical degree plus 6 years of experience
• Strong proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and other industry-standard design tools
• Solid understanding of plumbing codes, system layout, and equipment selection
• Excellent communicator with the ability to collaborate across disciplines and with external partners
