We are seeking a full-time
** Stormwater Engineer
** to join our team in Atlanta, GA, supporting projects across neighboring municipalities.  Design experience in stormwater design projects is preferred. Some travel to neighboring cities is required.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform professional and technical civil engineering work in the design, construction, and maintenance of public works facilities.
* Supervise and inspect minor construction and maintenance work on roadways, storm drains, sidewalks, or other public works projects,
* Prepare the design for simple public works projects
* Prepare exhibits and descriptions for easement and right-of-way agreements
* Inspect construction materials in conformance with specifications
* Respond to requests from city residents
* Identifies potential follow-on work and pursues those concepts with Project/Senior staff members
* Provides concise, clear written documentation of activities in the form of field logs and notes, technical memoranda, and sections of technical reports, as required
* Performs other related duties as assigned by management

Minimum Qualifications:

* BS in Civil Engineering Technology, Construction Engineering Technology, or a related field
* 4-8 years of experience (including internship experience)  in construction, surveying, design, traffic engineering, inspection, or estimating
* EIT preferred
* Stormwater inspection and construction oversight experience is highly desirable.

Physical and environmental considerations:
* Occasionally walk on uneven terrain at construction sites
* Indoors and outdoors
* Work around traffic and automobile fumes
