Supermicro is seeking a Service Engineer to perform fieldwork at customer sites and resolve server system issues. The role requires strong technical aptitude in enterprise data center hardware and the ability to work with GPU platforms and networking gear.
Responsibilities include onsite/remote troubleshooting, hardware diagnostics, coordinating RMA logistics, managing service tickets, and travel to customer sites up to 20%. A BS in CS/CE/EE and 1+ years’ data center experience are preferred.
