• Produce Spanish-language segments and social content for studio shows, tournaments, and creator collabs.
• Build scripts and rundowns; align with show producers, graphics, and technical teams.
• Direct on‑camera talent and VO in Spanish; coordinate shoots and field segments.
• Manage post workflows: selects, short‑form cutdowns, captions, and approvals.
• Oversee translations/subtitles for cross‑language content; ensure tone and terminology fit US Hispanic and LATAM audiences.
• Maintain production docs, schedules, and deliverables; communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure sponsor integrations, brand safety, and music/rights compliance across edits.

• Bilingual Spanish/English with excellent spoken and written fluency in both.
• Proven experience producing gaming/esports or creator‑led content (studio or field).
• Demonstrated understanding of US Hispanic and LATAM gaming trends, platforms, and community norms.
• Strong editorial judgment, story sense, and attention to detail under live timelines.
• Comfortable working shoulder‑to‑shoulder with live production teams and on comms.
• Local to Atlanta and available for in‑person work at our Uptown studio.

• Scripting/rundowns:
  Google Docs/Sheets, Shoflo or similar.
• Post:
  Adobe Premiere Pro; basic After Effects and Photoshop preferred.
• Subtitles/localization:
  Premiere captions, You Tube Studio, Caption Hub/Amara/Rev or similar.
• Project/collab:
  Slack, Google Workspace, Frame.io, Asana/Trello.
• Platform familiarity:
  You Tube, Tik Tok, Instagram, X, Twitch (short‑form and live).

• On‑camera producing/field producing experience in Spanish.
• Experience coaching bilingual hosts/casters and directing VO sessions.
• Basic motion graphics, thumbnail/title optimization for Spanish‑language audiences.
• Network of Spanish‑speaking creators/talent in the US and LATAM.
• Familiarity with OBS/vMix and live control room workflows.
