• Help prepare event spaces by arranging displays, signage, tables, and promotional materials.
• Welcome attendees and provide information about event activities.
• Distribute informational materials and answer general questions.
• Support promotional presentations and customer engagement activities.
• Maintain clean, organized, and presentable event areas.
• Coordinate with team members to complete assigned tasks on schedule.
• Monitor event supplies and notify supervisors of additional needs.
• Assist with packing materials, dismantling displays, and restoring event spaces after activities.
• Follow event instructions and established safety procedures.
