- Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance (MBA and/or CPA preferred)
- 3-6+ years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP compliance and financial reporting
- Experience with product profitability analysis / cost analysis, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, ROI analysis, variance analysis, and KPI tracking
- This role is best suited for someone with a track record of using technology to drive efficiencies and automate processes.
- Superior systems acumen is essential, including proficiency with SQL, Power BI, advanced Excel modeling, and other planning tools.
- Track record of job stability and career progression required for consideration.
