We are partnering with a leading global organization to recruit a highly experienced Senior Tax Manager

The Senior Tax Manager will play a critical role in managing ASC 740 tax provision accounting, navigating the evolving regulatory landscape, driving process enhancements, and supporting all facets of the tax compliance function. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep technical knowledge and proven leadership in a fast-paced, global environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead the preparation and review of ASC 740 tax provision calculations and disclosures
• Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and strategic planning
• Support global tax compliance activities and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate cross-functionally with finance and external auditors
• Leverage tax technology tools such as One Source or equivalent software to optimize processes

The right candidate for this Senior Tax Manager opportunity will have:

• CPA designation required
• 8–10+ years of progressive experience in tax, with a strong focus on tax provision
• Extensive experience with One Source or similar tax provision software
• Prior experience with Big 4 public accounting strongly preferred
• Proven experience working with large, publicly traded global companies
• Strong track record of career progression and professional stability
