Senior Manager - Corporate Finance

We're partnering with a leading national organization to identify a Senior Manager of Corporate Finance. This is a high‑visibility role with exposure to executive leadership and an opportunity to influence strategic decisions in a growing, private company.

• Oversee daily liquidity management and ensure compliance with lending agreements.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models, including multi‑year forecasts and cash‑flow projections.
• Serve as primary liaison with lending partners for reporting and documentation.
• Prepare executive‑level presentations and collaborate across accounting, treasury, and operations teams.
• Drive process improvements and ensure timely, accurate reporting.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (MBA a plus).
• 7+ years of relevant experience, including corporate finance and cashflow forecasting.
• Strong three‑statement modeling skills and advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with lender reporting, covenant compliance, and credit facilities.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• SQL and Power BI or other tools highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
