Seeking a proactive finance professional to manage general ledger accounting, financial reporting, cost accounting, inventory management, and audit compliance. The ideal candidate has experience in manufacturing or distribution and private equity-backed firms.

• Prepare financial statements, journal entries, and reconciliations in line with U.S. GAAP.
• Oversee cost accounting, inventory valuation, and variance analysis.
• Ensure internal controls, compliance, and support audit readiness.
• Collaborate with tax and M&A consultants for acquisition integration and financial reporting.
• Lead and mentor accounting staff, fostering process improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in manufacturing/distribution.
• Strong U.S. GAAP knowledge.
• CPA certification required.
• Proficiency in SAP.
