The Senior Staff Accountant is responsible for supporting the Company’s financial operations, with a primary focus on subsidy billings and collections. This position prepares monthly and quarterly subsidy invoices in accordance with contractual terms, assists with reconciling financial data, and supports the month-end and quarter-end close through preparation of journal entries. The role requires a high level of accuracy, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with multiple internal teams and external partners.

  • Prepare and send monthly and quarterly subsidy invoices to hospitals in accordance with contract requirements.
  • Work directly with hospitals to ensure timely payment of subsidies; involve the Operations team and Physician Executive as needed to support collection efforts for overdue balances.
  • Send monthly statements to the Operations team regarding outstanding subsidies for their respective hospitals.
  • Partner with Operations and Analytics teams to ensure accurate and timely billing of bonus metric subsidies.
  • Review and approve employee expense reimbursements in accordance with Company policy.
  • Prepare and send monthly or quarterly reimbursement invoices to related parties.
  • Assist with month-end and quarter-end close processes, including preparing journal entries and account reconciliations as appropriate.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 1–3 years of experience in general ledger accounting or public accounting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to communicate effectively with internal and external partners.
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
