FP&A Analyst – Newly Created RoleWe are currently recruiting for a growing, multi-location organization in the health and wellness sector located in Buckhead. This newly created FP&A role is the primary finance resource, reporting to senior leadership and driving financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
Must-Haves- FP&A experience (budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management).
- Strong Excel and BI tools experience (Power BI preferred).
- Ability to prepare 13-week cash flow statements.
- Familiarity with Quick Books and Tableau reporting.
- Hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Multi‑site business experience – healthcare or retail ideally.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience with automation and process improvement.
- Exposure to acquisition‑driven environments.
