• Lead internal audit processes and manage resolutions for financial risks.

• Develop and oversee budget planning and forecasting.

• Provide financial insights to business unit leaders and senior management.

• Conduct financial modeling, risk assessments, and scenario planning.

• Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize financial performance.

• Prepare financial statements, variance analyses, and strategic reports.

• Minimum 3 years in a leadership role (with or without direct reports).

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field, plus 6+ years FP&A experience
  .

• Expertise in Advanced Excel
  , financial reporting, and accounting principles.

• Strong experience working across multiple teams in financial planning.

• Experience with
  Strata Software (healthcare finance tool).

• Knowledge of healthcare financial modeling and risk assessment
  .

• Familiarity with cost optimization strategies
