This role is on-site in the Buckhead section of Atlanta (North Atlanta). You must be commutable to the Buckhead Atlanta area or willing to re‑locate.
This role is for someone early in their career who is interested in learning the ins and outs of wealth management through the eyes of a Client Services role while growing into a Wealth Advisor role long term. We’d expect this to be a multi‑year investment while you learn from the advisors around you. You will mainly support 3 advisors and their clients in this role and in the process, gain invaluable experience and knowledge that will be a stepping stone to a Wealth Advisor role in the future.
The Client Service Associate will be responsible for providing operational and service support to our client base. A successful candidate will need to think creatively, work in a fast‑paced environment, and effectively prioritize.
Our client is an established Registered Investment Advisor and Financial Life Manager that has been in business for almost 25 years with over $1B in Assets Under Management (AUM).
RESPONSIBILITIES- Enhance the client experience by providing exceptional client service in various functions, including new account opening, document completion, and resolving client inquiries
- Execute money movement transactions for clients, as well as transfers to/from separate account managers and hedge funds/private investment funds
- Proactively coordinate client service activities in conjunction with the advisory team
- Organize materials for client meetings, as well as ad‑hoc requests
- Actively participate in the firm’s compliance and efficiency efforts
- Answer incoming calls and join in on meetings
- Experience / Demonstrated interest in the Investment / Wealth Management industry is preferred
- A desire to learn the ins and outs of wealth management and progress to a Wealth Advisor role long term.
- Has obtained or is interested in obtaining a Series 65
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to self‑start and think creatively
- Experience with Outlook and CRM applications (Salesforce) is a plus
- Proven ability to work in a team‑oriented environment
- Discretion with confidential information
- Strong communicator, people person, and networker – Networking and business development becomes more important long‑term as a Wealth Advisor
