Please review the following job description:

Develop, lead, implement, and supervise Premier initiatives and processes. Partner with Premier Banking leadership to advance, train, and coach premier teammates on regulatory priorities and risk and compliance requirements. Provide oversight and direct leadership on multiple concurrent risk, compliance, and supervisory projects/programs of varying size up to and including CSBB initiatives within multiple portfolios at any given time. Influence and lead large-scale initiatives.

Develop and maintain strong knowledge of the Premier Banking business and its strategic priorities to ensure alignment with Premier supervisory and delivery responsibilities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Supervise and lead the Premier Advisor Advancement Journey process and teammates and ensures that program activities are on a path to deliver measurable benefits realization

2. Responsible for partnering to recruit talent for the Premier Advisor Advancement Journey and facilitate regulatory onboarding and offboarding for Premier Banking registered representatives

3. Installs an appropriate risk management plan for the Premier Advisory Advancement Journey Program and Premier Banking initiatives

4. Applies process execution oversight to Premier Financial Planning

5. Ensures collaboration across LOBs with key functional partners in the implementation of initiatives and provides project-related performance evaluations on project resources

6. Proactively challenge the performance of current systems and processes and identifies risks and develops solutions and/or processes and ensures necessary risk mitigation steps are built into the processes.

7. Readily recognizes solutions and determines at what point issues require escalation to management.

8. May lead teams or multiple teams of internal and/or external resources on a project basis.

9. Ensures compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies. Responsible for ensuring that business transactions and practices of direct reports as well as in the individual's span of control comply with all regulations and the Company Code of Conduct.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications:

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience

2. Minimum of ten years of experience working with mass affluent or comparable experience.

3. Demonstrated at least 5 years of leadership skills and abilities to supervise registered representatives.

4. A minimum of Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), FINRA Series 7, Series 66 or 65/63, and Series 24 registrations must be active and maintained, or must be obtained within 100-180 days of job entry date. Active FINRA licenses must be transferred within 60 days of job entry date.

4. Demonstrated superior understanding of business and organization, resources, priorities, needs and policies.

5. Demonstrated leadership in the implementation of complex programs and projects.

6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in interaction with senior management including the ability to influence strategy and decision making.

7. Superior working knowledge of business matters, finance, planning, and forecasting.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Master's degree in business, accounting, finance, or banking.

2. Completion of established management or career development program or banking school.

3. Experience implementing large/complex initiatives across a matrix organization

4. In-depth knowledge of management and planning systems theory and practical application to complex initiatives

5. Advanced Licensing and Registration compliance leadership
